Keshavananda Das is a professional doctor and a monk. While studying the Sanskrit Vedas and the Bhagavad Gita, he became inspired to prepare synthesis between the often divergent fields of science and spirituality. Since the last twenty years, he has conducted extensive research authored books and reconciled these two world views. He thrives to present an exploration of the Vedic truths along modern themes with stimulating seminars on Science and the Vedas, Consciousness and Beyond etc. that he has presented in various colleges in India, Europe and America. Under the guidance of his spiritual master, H.H. Bhakti Vikas Swami (who initiated him in 1996 into the sacred Gaudiya Vaisnava Sampradaya), he has also started a Gurukula in Punjab, India. And to show how to live a life based on the principle of ‘Simple living High thinking, he has started a farm community. Please see poster for event details.
